- What is my unique contribution in any circumstance: my time, my talent, my treasure?
- How do I influence those around me? What is the source of my power?
- What's next? How can I redefine the breadth and depth of my experience to set the course for a new adventure?

My primary goal is to help develop deeply connected communities by creating daily experiences and organizational objectives that foster true belonging and engagement. The process requires identifying the core ideologies of any group (family, workplace, social/service organizations, etc.), and evaluating the effectiveness of their application.
