These stuck emotions run just below the level of consciousness, intangible yet often overwhelming. Neurofeedback teaches your brain how to break these involuntary habits. You become Clear. Balanced. Centered. And in your quiet mind, more subtle thoughts come into your awareness. You become more connected, more yourself. You stop ‘over-thinking’ in crucial moments. You develop greater poise under pressure. You allow your intuition and inspiration to flow. Much like physical exercise develops specific muscles, it simply requires time and repetition. Neuroscience sounds intimidating. But neurofeedback is a simple process, and completely passive on your part. Your brain does all the work without you even knowing! This is how it works: During a session, I attach small EEG sensors to your scalp using a special paste. These sensors pick up your brainwave activity, and a computer processes them, focusing on the ones that control your core neuro-regulatory networks. Your brain observes this activity as feedback that is embedded in videos (movies, YouTube, Netflix). As the image expands and contracts, as the volume gets louder and softer, your brain learns to improve its own self-regulatory skills.
